If you need to pay with a payment method not provided on our site, please contact us and we can probably set up the payment method of your choice.

Traffic-Reach.com will begin the advertising campaign within 24 - 48 hours from the time the order and funds are cleared and verified.

Because of increasing fraud online as well as increasing transaction and chargeback fees from our merchant providers, we will need to contact you by telephone first to verify all orders over $20 before we can process them, and orders of over $40 also now may require a copy of a photo ID, (or you may send your ID as an email attachment.) If we cannot verify the order your money will be immediately refunded.

All services are conducted on a first come, first serve basis.

Traffic campaigns (Other than guaranteed signups) are normally completed within 30 days of the start of your campaign. If we are unable to deliver all of your visitors within the 30 day time frame you may be eligible for a refund. If we refund you for traffic you paid for but did not receive, the refund will be issued on a pro-rated basis. If you order a large campaign that may take longer than 30 days, we will let you know the expected rate of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: 3rd party hit counters on your site do not accurately represent the number of visitors to your site or the number of ads we served. This is due to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively short time-frame. Most 3rd party counters have their limitations and cannot keep up accurately. We record traffic by IPs of the visitors and this is the most accurate method up-to-date.

With our traffic packages you will even be able to see IPs of all your visitors.

With most campaigns you may split the traffic to more than one site. When you purchase a traffic package just let us know in the comment section which sites you would like to promote and the amount of traffic for each site. We provide 24/7 live stats of your traffic campaign so you can see the progress of your campaign.

The only proof of submission for email blasts will be a forwarded copy of the email we sent for you. If you don't feel that you got the results you expected, contact us and we will give you a free Solo Blast to over 2,000 safelists with over 3 million members.
